Return Policy

Sherpas Cinema provides a return policy on all of our DVDs, Bluray Discs and Merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, only unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (note: Shipping costs will still apply).

Sherpas Cinema does not accept opened DVD/Bluray Discs unless the product is defective or damaged.  Defective or damaged items may be returned after use for refund or exchange.

To return your items or receive a replacement:

Contact Sherpas Cinema at shop@sherpascinema.com. Please specify ‘refund’ or  ‘replacement’ in the subject heading.

– In the body of the email, please include your order confirmation number, name, address, and reason for return.

– We’ll email you back with a confirmation of your return request and provide further instruction including where to ship the return

SHIPPING POLICY

Online orders at www.sherpascinema.com are shipped within two business days from the transaction date. We will notify all customers of back-ordered product or any unforeseen delays prior to purchase within the shop section of the website.

A variety of shipping options exist and correspond to price differences based on the weight of the order, the territory to which the order is being shipped, and the amount of time allotted for the shipment to arrive at its destination.

Sherpas Cinema is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or inaccurate address information provided by our customers or packages lost in transit.  If an order has not arrived, please contact shop@sherpascinema.com, and we will try to rectify the situation.
